1. Introduction

Welcome to Canadian Pizza! Canadian Pizza is a mobile application to place orders for food and beverages. By using the App, you agree to abide by these terms.


2. Account Registration and Guest Mode

You can place orders as a guest or by creating an account. Account registration allows you to track your orders, save addresses, and access additional features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details. 


3. User Accounts

  • Canadian Pizza is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

4. Placing Orders

 By placing an order through the App, you confirm that all details provided are accurate. Once an order is placed, modifications may not be possible. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unavailability, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances..


5. Cart and Checkout

You can add items to your cart before proceeding to checkout. The total amount, including taxes and delivery charges (if applicable), will be displayed before payment.


6. Purchases and Payments

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By proceeding with a payment, you agree to Razorpay’s terms and conditions. We do not store your payment details.


7. User Address and Delivery

You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary due to external factors.


8. Account Deletion

  • You may delete your Canadian Pizza account at any time through the account settings.
  • Once deleted, all personal data and content associated with the account will be permanently removed, in compliance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Canadian Pizza reserves the right to retain certain data for legal or operational reasons, as permitted by law.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders once placed may not be canceled.


10. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any issues arising from delivery delays, payment failures, or third-party service disruptions.


11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
